If you believe that content on The Beat Vault infringes your copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (including URL/location)
4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its prior location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.

The Beat Vault will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

• Own or have proper licenses for all source material
• Create original edits/remixes with substantial creative input
• Comply with all applicable copyright and licensing laws
• Respond promptly to any copyright concerns
